Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Modification/ Cancellation:“Refurbzoo” allows the customer to cancel order within 06 hours of placing the order or dispatch of item, whichever is earlier. In any case, order cannot be cancelled after shipment of the order.In case, item ordered is out of stock, order modification option will be provided to you. Otherwise, order amount will be refunded back.
In case of order modification, you will receive an order modification intimation through email/WhatsApp and in case of cancellation you will get the refund against your original method of payment. After successful cancellation you will get the refund within 5-7 working days.
Return :We usually don’t accept returns as we provide 1 year warranty and 7-days replacement for the satisfaction of customers. In case a customer insists to return without any functional issues, there will be deduction of 10-20%, not exceeding 250 aed, from the amount paid by customer. The return can be initiated within 1 month of order delivery.
